Flexible content

Technical Expertise

With hands-on experience in operations, research, environmental management/investigation, manufacturing, consulting, power plant, EBD brings a rich body of experience to your EHS learners/trainees.  Industries include: semi-conductor, electronics, pharma, biopharms, pharma-research, academic research, engineering research, institutional EHS, and many others.
Though content is secondary to learner experience in the classroom, it is important to have recognizable and relatable content that learners are familiar with.  EBD will incorporate you content or localize internal content based in extensive historical development, to ensure meeting your training objectives
Integrated Adult-Learning Principles

Training by powerpoint presentation is reduced to a minimum. Learners are provided the means to looks safety topics from a scenario and applied perspective.  By using a "mind-on" approach, the hazards associated within training are addressed by the learner, simulating the thought process and decision making they are likely to encounter on the job.
